Don't worry, you don't have to visit us on holidays or give us your spare room when you get old. No, you can just sit comfortably in your new Mitsubishi automobile, confident in the fact that you have someone to rely on when the going gets tough. And while we hope the only time you need roadside assistance is when you're asking a complete stranger where the nearest public rest stop is, we offer you several different solutions for when those problems get a little more, well, mechanical.

Roadside Service
Should you ever need it, you have access to emergency services, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for 5 years, with unlimited kilometres. Covered services include free towing, battery boost, tire service, emergency fuel and fluid delivery, and more.

Emergency Road Service Coverage
You roadside assistance program covers you, and all other family members with a valid driver's license. You are covered for:

•  Towing to the nearest Mitsubishi Motors Retailer if you vehicle is not drivable due to a warrantable failure

•  Battery Boost

•  Changing of a flat tire with an inflated spare

•  Emergency fuel and fluid delivery

•  Lockout assistance to gain entry into your vehicle

•  Mechanical first aid for minor roadside repairs or adjustments

Concierge Service
In the unlikely event of a breakdown or similar roadside emergency, you have access to the concierge services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year while travelling throughout Canada. Some examples of services that can be arranged for you during this time period include:

Alternate Transportation
We will arrange a rental vehicle for you through available car rental agencies in your area. You are responsible for all associated charges.

Airline Reservation and Ticketing
We will arrange to make or change airline reservations in case of a delay associated with a breakdown. You are responsible for all associated charges.

Personal Assistant
A representative will notify your family members or colleagues to inform them of you delay, call a business associate to cancel a meeting, or take care of any other necessary details to help ease the strain of the delay.

Hotel/Motel Reservations
Overnight accommodations can be made for you at the hotel or motel of your choice, or existing reservations can be changed as needed due to delays. You are responsible for all associated changes.
